AMDR problem 2 Nutrition

okay now let's look at question number two so I have decided to work out and I was told to increase my carbohydrate intake to meet my metabolic needs and so I'm consuming 2800 kilocalories per date how many grams and kilocalories of carbohydrates will I need if I miss actually 65% of them to come from the carbohydrates so here instead of just saying hey am i within that range I actually want to aim for a certain percentage of my caloric needs so perhaps I did some research and this was a good number to aim for extremely if I'm trying to increase my workouts if I'm training courses for a marathon or something along that way so here we're gonna aim for a particular number of calories so our total amount again here is 2800 so we have to be concerned about that numeral and so we actually want to figure out 65% of that so now if we go to do some of our math just like had we had done before we'll do 2800 kilocalories and we'll multiply that by the point six five what that's gonna do is tell me that 1820 kilocalories is 65% of this total of 2,800 now carbohydrates just like the proteins that we had talked about there are 4 kilocalories per gram so I'm gonna essentially do the same type of math my kilocalories will cross out here when I set up this little proportion or this little math equation and I will be terminated with 455 grams so as I'm starting to look at my nutrition or establish my diet I will want to aim for approximately 450 5 grams of carbohydrates got to make sure I get my 65% total come those carbohydrates
